The BabyJumper, whose name is Ebony Dixon, developed a greater passion for the gift of poetry after accepting Christ in 2000.  In 2009 God gave her the name "the BabyJumper" based on Luke 1:41 because her ministry is designed to provoke others’ visions (baby) to leap in them.
 
Her Spoken Word has opened doors for her to grace the stage with artists such as, Lucinda Moore, DeWayne Woods, Doc McKenzie, Canton Jones, Kierra Sheard, Da Truth, Tye Tribbett,  Comedian Christianee Porter AKA Ms. Shirleen, Comedian Akintunde and others. The BabyJumper has been a part of many great events including The Black Expo, Fabulous Friday, and The Move Tour with Jessica Reedy. She is the featured artist of CNe's Snaps-N-Sounds and The BabyJumper Live Poetic Concert mobile productions.  Her poetry has also been featured nationally on the NOW TV Network. From 2012 - 2014 she hosted open mic at "Kiki's Chicken and Waffles." Also in 2012 - 2014 she taught a Women Empowerment Session for young ladies at Columbia College and eventually held a Purity Conference in 2014. In 2014 - 2016 she co-hosted the Single and Saved show weekly on "The Jamal Bates Radio Show on WFMV 95.3 out of Columbia SC.  Also in October of 2015 she began hosting "The Free Thinkers Radio Show" weekly. In February of 2017 her weekly radio show "Stop The Silence", which  focuses on writers, began to air. In addition, the BabyJumper has done radio commercials, theme songs, and written jingles for radio shows.
 
The BabyJumper is committed to die empty by pouring out everything God has placed in her for others.  She is consistently inspired to perfect all the gifts God has given her. Her prayer is that at least one person thinks about GOD when she stops speaking.
